Version of 4 November 2026. English translation provided for convenience. If the texts differ, the Russian version prevails.
1. General provisions
1.1. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) sets out how personal data of users of the website https://skidon.shop (the “Website”), which sells gift subscriptions FACEIT Plus, FACEIT Premium and ESEA League Pass (the “Service”), is processed and protected.
1.2. Personal data operator (the “Operator”): Ivan Alekseevich Martynov, self-employed (professional income tax payer), Taxpayer ID (INN) 772348192045, address: 24 Arbat St., apt. 15, Moscow 119002, Russia. Email: support@skidon.shop. Telegram: @skidonsupport.
1.3. The Policy is based on Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data” and other laws of the Russian Federation.
1.4. The User agrees to the Policy by reading it before ordering. Consent to the processing of personal data is given by clicking the “Pay” button in the order confirmation window and is valid until withdrawn (clause 8.2). If the User does not agree with the Policy, they should stop using the Website. The Website is intended for persons over 18; a minor places an order with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
2. What data is processed
2.1. The Operator processes the following data:
- the gaming nickname of the subscription recipient (and the FACEIT profile ID, if obtained when checking the nickname);
- the email address and (optionally) Telegram username provided in the order form for contact; the email address may also be passed by the payment service in connection with payment;
- order data: the selected product and period, amount, promo code applied, date and time, order number and status;
- technical data: IP address, browser and device information, date and time of access to the Website, and the country determined from the IP address (see clause 9.5);
- details of acceptance of the offer, agreement and policy when ordering: date and time, version of the documents, website language, IP address and browser data;
- data for the “Orders” section: a one-time confirmation code sent to your email and a service device identifier (cookie sk_d) linked to your orders as an irreversible hash;
- support chat correspondence: message texts, time, a service chat identifier (stored in the browser’s localStorage as sk_chat, not a cookie), and any information you provide in the conversation;
- anonymised visit statistics and web analytics data (see section 9).
2.2. The Operator does not request or process passport data, passwords for FACEIT or other accounts, or bank card data. Payment is processed by the payment service (Platega or CryptoBot): the card number, expiry date, CVC/CVV code and wallet details are entered only on the payment service page and are not transferred to the Operator. The Operator receives from the payment service only payment information: amount, date, status and payment ID.
2.3. The Operator does not process special categories of personal data or biometric data.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
3.1. Data is processed to: conclude and perform the contract with the User (placing the order, checking the profile, sending the gift subscription); contact the User about the order, refunds, subscription replacement and claims; accept and record payments and keep tax records; send promotional and informational emails where the User has consented; handle disputes and requests, including in connection with payment disputes (chargebacks); ensure the security of the Website and prevent abuse.
3.2. Legal grounds: the User’s consent; performance of a contract to which the User is a party; compliance with Russian law (including tax and consumer protection law); the Operator’s legitimate interest in protecting its rights.
4. Processing
4.1. The Operator collects, records, organises, accumulates, stores, updates, uses, transfers (in the cases listed in section 5), anonymises, blocks, deletes and destroys data, with and without automation.
4.2. Promotional and informational emails (discounts, promo codes, news) are sent only to Users who consented when placing an order (in the order confirmation window, where the offer, agreement and policy are accepted). Consent can be withdrawn at any time via the “Unsubscribe” link in every such email or by writing to support@skidon.shop. Order emails (payment, dispatch, review request) are not marketing and are sent regardless of unsubscription. The Operator does not sell Users’ data to third parties.
5. Transfer of data to third parties
5.1. The Operator does not disclose data to third parties except:
- to the payment services Platega and CryptoBot (Crypto Pay) — the order number and description, amount and, if needed, email address, to the extent necessary to accept, record and refund payments. Card data is processed by the payment service, payment systems (Visa, Mastercard and others) and banks independently under their own rules; in a payment dispute the Operator provides the bank, through the payment service, with information about the order, the acceptance of the offer and the sending of the gift;
- to FACEIT — the nickname is used to check that the profile exists and to send the gift subscription;
- to the web analytics service Yandex.Metrica (YANDEX LLC) — anonymised visit information, see section 9; to providers of hosting, network infrastructure and email that run the Website and send order emails (including Cloudflare, Inc.);
- to Telegram — order notifications and chat messages are delivered to the Operator via a private service Telegram bot;
- to government authorities — upon their lawful request;
- to other persons — with the User’s consent.
5.2. Some of these parties are located outside the Russian Federation, which means cross-border transfer of data. The Operator transfers only the data necessary to provide the service. When paying with a card issued by a foreign bank, payment information passes through the payment service, the international payment system and the card-issuing bank, which may be located outside the Russian Federation. By accepting this Policy, the User consents to such transfer.
6. Retention periods
6.1. Data is kept no longer than required for the purposes of processing, but not less than required by law (in particular, tax and consumer protection law), and for the period needed to handle possible claims and disputes. Once the purposes are achieved, data is deleted or anonymised.
6.1.1. Specific periods: the nickname, email, Telegram and order notes are kept for the paid subscription period (1, 3, 6 or 12 months from the order) and then erased automatically; for cancelled, refunded and unpaid orders this data is erased within 30 and 3 days respectively. The details of acceptance of the offer (clause 2.1) are erased together with this data. The order amount, date and status without personal data are kept for accounting and tax reporting.
6.2. One-time confirmation codes are valid for 10 minutes, are stored only as a hash and are deleted after use. The sk_d cookie is kept in the browser for up to 1 year or until the User deletes it. Anonymised visit statistics are kept for no more than 13 months.
6.3. Support chat correspondence is kept while the conversation is open and deleted 24 hours after it is closed. A conversation closes automatically after 10 minutes of inactivity and can be continued on the next visit. Messages are available to support operators and are duplicated to a private service Telegram bot.
7. Data protection
7.1. The Operator takes legal, organisational and technical measures to protect data from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure and destruction: HTTPS transmission, restricting access to data, use of passwords and access keys.
7.2. The User understands that transmission of information over the internet cannot be fully secure and takes the necessary precautions on their side.
8. User rights
8.1. The User has the right to: receive information about the processing of their data; demand that it be corrected, blocked or deleted if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate or not necessary for the stated purpose; withdraw consent; appeal against the Operator’s actions to Roskomnadzor (the Russian data protection authority) or in court.
8.2. To exercise these rights, write to support@skidon.shop. The Operator will review the request and reply within 10 working days. Withdrawal of consent does not cancel processing that the Operator must continue by law (for example, for tax records). The Operator stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days of receiving the withdrawal, unless there are other grounds for processing.
9. Cookies and visit statistics
9.1. The Website sets only one service cookie of its own — sk_d (Secure, HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax, valid for up to 1 year). It is needed only so that the “Orders” section shows your order history on this device. The cookie contains no personal data, is not used for advertising and is not passed to third parties. You can delete it in your browser settings; you will then need to confirm by email to view your orders.
9.2. To count visitors, the Website uses its own counter without cookies or localStorage. A visitor is identified by a hash of the IP address and browser data with a salt that changes daily; the IP address itself is not stored in the statistics, and a visitor cannot be linked across different days. If Do Not Track is enabled in the browser, the counter does not work.
9.3. To analyse how the Website works (how many visitors reach payment, where they come from), the Website uses Yandex.Metrica (YANDEX LLC, Russia). The service sets its own cookies (names starting with _ym) and receives anonymised information: the page visited, the referral source, browser and device data, and actions performed on the Website (for example, “payment button clicked”). The Webvisor feature is also used (recording of on-page actions: cursor movements, clicks, scrolling, page view) to improve the website. Input fields (nickname, email, Telegram, promo code, chat messages), the chat window, order windows and the payment page are excluded from recording; the nickname, email and Telegram are not passed to Metrica. If Do Not Track is enabled in the browser, Metrica does not load. You can opt out in your browser settings by blocking cookies or scripts from mc.yandex.ru, or by installing Yandex’s Metrica opt-out add-on. See Yandex’s policy: yandex.ru/legal/confidential.
9.4. The Website does not store the nickname, email or Telegram you enter in the browser. The browser may keep only service interface data (for example, the support chat identifier). No third-party advertising services are used on the Website; the only analytics used is Yandex.Metrica (clause 9.3). If the technologies change, the Operator will update the Policy.
9.5. To show the website in the right language, the Website’s server determines the country from the visitor’s IP address using a local IP Geolocation database by DB-IP (CC BY 4.0 licence). The IP address is not passed to third parties, and the country is not stored anywhere except in the details of acceptance of the offer when ordering. The chosen language is stored in the browser (localStorage, name sk_lang, not a cookie); you can change it with the RU / EN switch.
10. Changes to the Policy and contacts
10.1. The Operator may update the Policy. The new version is published on the Website with its date and takes effect upon publication. Changes that worsen the User’s position do not apply to orders placed before their publication.
10.2. For any questions about data processing: support@skidon.shop, Telegram @skidonsupport.
