Version of 4 November 2026. This is an English translation provided for convenience. The contract is concluded in Russian; if the texts differ, the Russian version prevails.
1. General provisions
1.1. This document is a public offer by Ivan Alekseevich Martynov, Taxpayer ID (INN) 772348192045, a self-employed individual under the Russian professional income tax regime (the “Contractor”), addressed to any legally capable individual purchasing the service for personal needs (the “Customer”). It sets out the terms of a contract for paid services (Articles 435, 437 and Chapter 39 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation). A person under 18 places an order with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
1.2. The offer is accepted by clicking the “Pay” button in the order confirmation window and paying for the order on the website. The contract is concluded at the moment of payment. The Contractor stores the details of acceptance (date and time, version of the documents, website language, IP address and browser data) together with the order to confirm that the contract was concluded, including at the request of a bank. The offer, the user agreement and the privacy policy are available on the website before payment and can be saved or printed.
1.3. SKIDON is an independent shop. The Contractor is not affiliated with FACEIT, ESEA, FunPay or Playerok; their names belong to their respective owners. FunPay and Playerok are mentioned only as third-party marketplaces where the Contractor also sells; customer reviews from these marketplaces are published on the website on behalf of the customers themselves.
2. Subject of the contract
2.1. On the Customer’s instruction, the Contractor arranges and sends a FACEIT Plus, FACEIT Premium or ESEA League Pass subscription as a gift to the profile specified by the Customer, using the platform’s official Gift feature (the “Service”). The subscription belongs to the recipient and is governed by the platform’s rules.
2.2. The Customer chooses the product, the subscription period and the price on the website before payment. Prices are in Russian roubles, include all taxes and fees of the Contractor and contain no hidden charges. The Contractor is not a VAT payer. A change of price on the website does not affect orders already paid.
2.3. A promo code gives a percentage discount on the price of the selected plan. The discount is applied before payment; the final amount is shown on the website and on the payment page. A promo code is valid within its stated period and usage limit, cannot be combined with other discounts and cannot be exchanged for money. If an order paid with a promo code is refunded, the amount actually paid is refunded. The Contractor may cancel a promo code obtained or used in breach of its terms or for abuse.
3. Ordering, payment and fulfilment
3.1. The Customer enters the recipient’s nickname, chooses the product and period, optionally enters a promo code, checks the nickname at the confirmation step and confirms the order. The Customer provides a valid email address and, optionally, a Telegram username; the Contractor sends order information to them, so the Customer is responsible for their accuracy.
3.2. Payment is made on the page of a payment service provider (Platega — Faster Payments System (SBP), bank card, cryptocurrency; or CryptoBot / Crypto Pay in Telegram) using a method available on the website when ordering. The payment and delivery procedure is also described on the “Payment and delivery” page. Card and crypto wallet details are not transferred to the Contractor. When paying in cryptocurrency, the rouble amount is converted by the payment service at its own rate.
3.3. The Contractor applies the Russian professional income tax regime. A receipt is provided to the Customer upon request sent via the contacts on the website.
3.4. Fulfilment time: as a rule, within 10 minutes after payment is confirmed during working hours (8:00–22:00 Moscow time, UTC+3). In rare cases (high load, technical failures of payment systems or the FACEIT platform, payment checks) fulfilment during working hours may take up to 24 hours after payment is confirmed. Orders paid outside working hours are fulfilled after working hours begin, but no later than 24 hours after payment. The case described in clause 4.5 is an exception. The order is fulfilled and the Service is rendered at the moment the gift is sent to the specified profile. The Contractor notifies the Customer of this.
3.5. The Contractor may engage third parties (payment services, hosting, etc.) to perform the contract while remaining responsible to the Customer. The Contractor may refuse an order or suspend its fulfilment if there are grounds to believe that the payment was made without the knowledge of the owner of the funds, that the payment has been disputed, or that the order violates the law or the platform’s rules. In this case the amount paid is refunded to the Customer under clause 6.4.
3.6. Payment by bank card (if this method is available on the website) is made on the secure page of the Platega payment service. Cards of the payment systems whose logos are shown on the payment page are accepted, including Visa and Mastercard cards issued by foreign banks, if payment with such cards is enabled. Card details (number, expiry date, CVC/CVV code) are entered only on the payment service page, are transmitted in encrypted form and are neither transferred to nor stored by the Contractor.
3.7. The card-issuing bank may require the payment to be confirmed using 3-D Secure technology (Visa Secure, Mastercard Identity Check or similar), for example with a code from an SMS or in the bank’s app. If the payment is not confirmed, the order is not paid and is not fulfilled.
3.8. Prices on the website are in Russian roubles. The currency and amount of the charge are shown on the payment service page before the payment is confirmed. If the card account currency differs from the charge currency, the conversion is made by the card-issuing bank at its own rate; the Contractor neither charges nor receives that bank’s fees for currency conversion or international transactions.
3.9. Only the cardholder, or a person acting with the cardholder’s consent, may pay for an order by card. By paying, the Customer confirms that they are entitled to use the card.
3.10. If the Customer does not recognise a payment on their statement or disagrees with a charge, they first contact the Contractor via the contacts on the website, giving the order number or the date, amount and last four digits of the card. The Contractor reviews the request within 10 days and, where there are grounds, refunds the money under section 6. Asking the bank to dispute the payment does not deprive the Customer of this right; at the bank’s request the Contractor provides information about the order, the acceptance of the offer and the sending of the gift.
4. Nickname and the Customer’s responsibility
4.1. The Customer is responsible for the correctness of the nickname and for the profile belonging to the intended recipient. The website checks that a profile with this nickname exists but cannot verify that it is the right person. The Customer confirms the nickname before payment in the confirmation window.
4.2. If the Customer made a mistake in the nickname, they may contact support before the order is fulfilled. While the gift has not been sent, the Contractor will change the nickname.
4.3. After the order is fulfilled, the Contractor is not responsible for the gift being received by the wrong account. A gift sent to the specified nickname cannot be recalled or redirected.
4.4. Before ordering, the Customer checks with the recipient whether the profile has an active subscription and whether the profile can receive gifts.
4.5. A subscription is not sent to a profile with an active subscription. If the Customer orders for such a profile, the Contractor helps the recipient cancel the current subscription (including turning off auto-renewal) if the platform allows it, and then sends the gift. If the subscription cannot be cancelled or the recipient does not wish to cancel it, the Contractor waits until the current subscription ends and only then sends the gift. In this case the fulfilment date moves to the end date of the current subscription. Before the gift is sent, the Customer may cancel the order and receive a refund under clause 6.2.
5. Subscription replacement
5.1. The subscription is guaranteed for the entire paid period. If, due to a platform error, the subscription was not activated or stopped working before the end of the paid period, the Customer contacts support. The Contractor checks the information and, if neither the Customer nor the recipient is at fault, replaces the subscription by sending a new subscription of the same kind for the remaining paid period. If replacement is impossible, the Contractor refunds the money in proportion to the unused period.
5.2. No replacement is made if the subscription was terminated because the profile was banned for breaking the platform’s rules, because of a refund or disputed payment, cancellation of the gift or other actions of the recipient or the Customer.
5.3. For a replacement, contact support with the nickname, order date and a description of the problem. The request is reviewed within 10 days.
6. Refunds
6.1. The Contractor refunds the payment in full if the gift was not sent on time through the Contractor’s fault, or if the gift cannot be sent for reasons beyond the Customer’s control and the order cannot be fulfilled.
6.2. The Customer may cancel the order at any time before the gift is sent. In this case the Contractor refunds the payment less actually incurred and documented expenses (for example, the payment service fee if it is not returned to the Contractor). Instead of a refund, at the Customer’s request, the subscription may be sent to their own or another profile they specify.
6.3. Once the gift has been sent, the Service has been rendered in full and no refund is made, except where a refund is required by law.
6.4. Money is refunded to the same payment method — for card payments, to the same card — within 10 days of receiving the request. The time it takes to reach the account depends on the card-issuing bank or the payment service and may be up to 30 days. Money is refunded to another card or by another method only if a refund to the original payment method is impossible. Requests are sent via the contacts on the website.
7. Liability
7.1. FACEIT and ESEA are independent services. The Contractor is not responsible for their rules, prices, operation or decisions regarding profiles.
7.2. The Contractor’s liability is limited to the cost of the order unless otherwise provided by law. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law and does not deprive the Customer of rights granted by consumer protection legislation.
7.3. The parties are released from liability for failure to perform obligations caused by force majeure.
8. Claims and disputes
8.1. Claims are sent via the contacts on the website and are reviewed within 10 days.
8.2. The contract is governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Disputes not resolved through a claim are settled in court as provided by Russian law; a consumer Customer may file a claim at their place of residence, at the place where the contract was concluded or performed, or at the Contractor’s location (Article 17 of the Russian Consumer Protection Law).
9. Final provisions
9.1. The offer is valid from its publication on the website until it is withdrawn or replaced by a new version. The Contractor may amend it. Amendments take effect upon publication and do not apply to orders already paid.
9.2. The Contractor’s details and contacts are given on the “Contacts” page. Requests are accepted by email and Telegram listed there during support hours.
