1. General provisions
1.1. This agreement governs the use of the website skidon.shop (the “Website”). Website owner: Ivan Alekseevich Martynov, self-employed (professional income tax payer), Taxpayer ID (INN) 772348192045 (the “Administration”).
1.2. Using the Website, including placing an order, means the User agrees to this agreement and the public offer. Consent to the processing of personal data is given by clicking the “Pay” button in the order confirmation window and is governed by the privacy policy. If the User does not agree with the terms, they should stop using the Website.
2. Nature of the services
2.1. Through the Website, the User orders the arrangement and sending of digital gift subscriptions FACEIT Plus, FACEIT Premium and ESEA League Pass to the nickname they specify, using the official Gift feature of the FACEIT platform. No account password is requested.
2.2. SKIDON is an independent shop and is not affiliated with FACEIT or ESEA. FACEIT and ESEA are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe the product. FunPay and Playerok are third-party marketplaces not affiliated with the Administration; their names are used only to indicate the source of reviews.
3. User obligations
3.1. The User enters the recipient’s nickname correctly, confirms that the profile has no active subscription of the selected kind, and is responsible for the choice of recipient as described in the offer.
3.2. The User follows the FACEIT platform rules, uses only their own payment methods or payment with the owner’s consent, and is an adult or acts with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
4. Lawful use
4.1. It is prohibited to use the Website for fraud, circumventing payment and anti-fraud systems, automated data collection, creating load that disrupts the Website, or any other unlawful activity.
4.2. Before disputing a payment with your bank, please contact support: most issues are resolved faster and without loss to either party under the terms of the offer. This does not limit the User’s right to contact the bank or other authorities.
5. Intellectual property
5.1. The design, texts, logo and other materials of the Website belong to the Administration. Copying and distribution without permission are prohibited, except where permitted by law.
6. Prices and payment
6.1. Prices are shown on the Website in Russian roubles in the “Prices” section. The final amount payable, including any promo code, is shown on the Website and on the payment service page before the payment is confirmed. Price comparisons with the platform’s official prices are for information only, valid on the date of publication and may change if the platform changes its prices; they are not an offer by the right holder.
6.2. Detailed payment and fulfilment terms are set out in the offer and on the “Payment and delivery” page.
7. Refunds and replacement
7.1. The terms of refunds, subscription replacement and nickname changes are described on the “Refunds and replacement” page and in the offer. They do not limit the User’s statutory rights.
8. Restriction of access
8.1. The Administration may suspend service or refuse an order if this agreement is breached, if fraud is suspected, or if required by law or the payment service.
9. Liability
9.1. The Administration is responsible for fulfilling the order in accordance with the offer. The Administration is not responsible for the actions of FACEIT and ESEA, including changes to platform rules and profile bans, except for subscription replacement under the offer.
9.2. The Website is provided “as is”. The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted operation but takes reasonable measures to maintain it. These provisions do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Personal data
10.1. Personal data processing is described in the privacy policy.
11. Changes
11.1. The Administration may amend this agreement. The new version takes effect upon publication on the Website. Orders paid before that are fulfilled on the previous terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
12.1. The law of the Russian Federation applies. Claims are sent via the contacts on the Website and are reviewed within 10 days. If a dispute is not resolved, it is heard in court as provided by law; a consumer User may go to court at their place of residence or at the Administration’s location.
